Our Ether-PRO ™ services suite comprises a full range of technical support, product maintenance, extended hardware warrantees, training and professional services. Flexible support packages offer Ether-PRO subscribers extended support hours, access to software and firmware upgrades, onsite visits from our staff to help optimize their Accedian Networks solution, and spare units maintained on-site for rapid service recovery.
