Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit able to bring solutions to life and impact results. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving revenue with MSO organizations on a national scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tactics for expanding customer base with Managed Service Providers while meeting assigned sales goals.
  • Partner with product management and marketing teams in new product rollouts.
  • Collaborating with sales engineering on the RFI /RFQ process.
  • Participate in customer lab evaluations and field trials.
  • Conduct presentations to both customer and internal audiences, communicating the functionality and benefits for specific products, services and integrated solutions.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and new developments by attending shows, conferences and engaging in forum discussions.
Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of prior sales experience selling telecom products into MSO field organizations with an emphasis on Ethernet and Ethernet Business Services products are required.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry related experience.
  • Successful candidate will have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude with a drive for results and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Must possess a strong focus on customer service and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to both senior level business and technical users.
  • Must be able to maintain a functional home office and travel extensively throughout North America as required.
