Job Description / Responsibilities:

Within the Operations team you will be responsible for the various steps related to order entry such as:

Receive orders
Perform order validation
Enter order in ERP system
support manufacturing planning
confirm delivery dates to customers

In collaboration with the Sales team, prepare customer quotes
Process requests for product returns from customers (RMA) and ensure prompt treatment
Receive units returned by customers and prepare the required documentation to return repaired units (Waybill FedEx / UPS and commercial invoice, etc.).
Place orders with suppliers to ensure availability of required material.
Work with suppliers to ensure orders are shipped as per committed dates

Requirements/ Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism is considered an important asset
Timeliness, independence and resourcefulness
